| Monthly renewal (Mentorship) | Refunds on monthly renewals are not available after the renewal date. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. |
| Promotional / free access | No refund applies to orders completed at $0.00 using a promotional or founding member code. |
| After 14 days (new subscription) | Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed. You retain access through the end of your paid period. |
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain full access to member content until that date.
To cancel your subscription:- Log in to your member portal and navigate to account settings, or
- Email support@wheeloptionstrategy.com with your account email and a request to cancel.
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
Requesting a Refund

Please include your order confirmation number or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
Additional Terms
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
If your payment method is no longer valid, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to both documents.
