Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WheelOptionStrategy.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or purchasing a membership plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase any membership plan. Your continued use of the Site after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
The Site and all membership plans are available to residents of the United States only. By using the Site or purchasing a membership, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a resident of the United States;
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
- You are not prohibited from accessing or using the Site under any applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or restrict access to any person who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Services & Membership Plans
WheelOptionStrategy.com offers educational membership plans providing access to written modules, downloadable resources, and other informational content related to the wheel option strategy. Current and future plans include:
Starter Plan — $97/yearAn annual subscription providing access to written educational modules, downloadable resources including the Wheel Decision Tree PDF, the cash-secured put checklist, and a bimonthly watch list. Video course modules are listed as coming soon and will be made available to active Starter subscribers when released.
Pro Plan — $247/year (Coming Soon)An annual subscription with expanded educational content. Specific features will be disclosed prior to launch.
Mentorship Plan — $97/month (Coming Soon)A monthly subscription providing access to mentorship-level educational content and guidance. Specific features will be disclosed prior to launch.
Content AvailabilityWe reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content within any membership plan at any time. The addition of "coming soon" content (including video modules) to a plan does not guarantee a delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes to plan content.
Accounts & Access
Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access to a member portal where your purchased content is available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials or allow any other person to access the member portal using your login. Accounts are for individual use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared.

Billing & Subscriptions
Automatic RenewalAll subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (annually for Starter and Pro; monthly for Mentorship) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.
Pricing ChangesWe reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price change to active subscribers via email. Your continued subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed PaymentsIf a scheduled payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, access to the member portal may be suspended until the balance is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service customer portal or by contacting us at support@wheeloptionstrategy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to member content through the end of the paid period.
Promotional & Founding Member CodesPromotional codes (including founding cohort codes) grant access as specified at the time of redemption. Free or discounted access periods granted via promotional code are governed by the terms communicated at the time of the offer. At the conclusion of any free or promotional period, standard subscription pricing applies unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Our complete refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. Key terms are summarised here for convenience:
- New subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.
- Renewals: Refunds on annual renewals are available within 7 days of the renewal charge date, at our discretion.
- Promotional / free access: No refund applies to orders completed at $0 using a promotional code.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WheelOptionStrategy.com, its owner, operators, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and the construction, interpretation and application thereof, shall be governed exclusively by Texas Corporate law, the Texas Business Organizations Code, and other applicable laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The location for any legal proceedings shall be Fort Bend County, Texas.
Article XI — Negotiation and Arbitration
11.01 — Direct NegotiationThe Parties encourage the prompt and equitable settlement of all controversies or claims between or among the Parties including those arising out of or relating to these Terms. The Parties agree to negotiate their differences directly and in good faith for a period of no less than thirty (30) days after receiving written notification of the existence of a dispute.
11.02 — Compromise Negotiation ProcedureEach Party shall act as an advocate for resolution using best efforts to achieve a mutually acceptable settlement. Each Party shall have authority to settle. Sessions are private and confidential — no stenographic record shall be made and no process may be served at or from the site of any session. No later than three (3) business days prior to negotiation, each Party shall deliver a confidential memorandum (not to exceed five pages) identifying the matters in dispute, key points, and settlement history.
11.03 — Confidentiality of NegotiationThe entire negotiation procedure is confidential. All conduct, statements, promises, offers, views, and opinions made in the course of negotiation are confidential, deemed work product and privileged, and shall not be discoverable or admissible in any subsequent proceeding.
11.04 — Cost of NegotiationThe Parties shall bear their respective costs incurred in connection with negotiation.
11.05 — Termination of NegotiationDirect negotiation shall be terminated upon: (a) written agreement resolving the dispute; (b) written declaration by Majority in Interest that further negotiation is no longer worthwhile; or (c) written notification of Mandatory Binding Arbitration.
11.06 — Mandatory Binding ArbitrationIf a dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the Texas General Arbitration Act. The arbitrator shall be a member of JAMS or AAA with experience in business startups, residing in the Houston, Texas area. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
11.07 — Conflicting ProvisionsTo the extent any provisions of this Article XI conflict with any other term of this Agreement, Article XI shall prevail.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or membership after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
